With Sprint, Standard distance offerings, this multi lap bike course allows you to check your pacing and splits throughout.
Traffic free and easy to follow course it really allows you to get your head down and hold that TT position you have been honing all winter. All non drafting rules apply.
Venue Details
Oulton Park Circuit is a motor racing track close to the small village of Little Budworth, Cheshire, England. It is about 5 miles from Winsford, 13 miles from Chester city centre, 8 miles from Northwich and 17 miles from Warrington, with a nearby rail connection along the Mid-Cheshire Line. Fabulous weekend break opportunities with Delamere Forest, Cheshire Oaks and historic Chester only a few miles away.

The Run
Keep to the right as you take on the track, covering the full 4.3km loop of the track and ensuring you keep plenty in the legs for the uphill drag about 20 minutes in and the fast paced run into transition.
The Bike
Hard out on the bike for the initial downhill efforts and go crazy round the back straights trying to maintain your pace. You will not find a smoother surface for miles around and a chance to test out your skills in both draft legal and non-drafting racing.
The 2nd Run
Hopefully you will have left plenty in the legs for the last run around the track to make the duathlon.
Lap Profile
As you can see the course is not flat but gives a good experience of hills and nice downhills, clean air and no cars to deal with along with being able to use the full width of the International track.
