The Course
Keep to the right as you take on the track, covering the full 4.3km loop of the track and ensuring you keep plenty in the legs for the uphill drag.
The course is broken into laps based on the distance, there are lap boards giving you approx distance and lap counting. We will have lap counting in place to check you have done enough but not to tell you how many you have left.
There is a water station at the end of the Lap straight near the pits, this means you will pass it on every lap. Please be considerate when dropping cups or pick up a re-usable carry cup at registration for £2.50
Lap PRofile
As you can see the course is not flat but gives a good experience of hills and nice downhills, clean air and no cars to deal with along with being able to use the full width of the International Track.
