The Run
Keep to the right as you take on the track, covering the full 4.3km loop of the track and ensuring you keep plenty in the legs for the uphill drag about 20 minutes in and the fast paced run into transition.
The Bike
Depending on whether you are racing sprint or standard you will get to love this circuit very quickly! Amazing wide tarmac and smooth bends but beware it really isn't flat so pace your effort.
The 2nd Run
Ensure you save something for this final effort.

Can I Camp? - NO. There is no camping/motor homes at Oulton Park, however, there are a number of camping sites around the area.
Can I purchase BTF day membership? - These are purchased at the time of entry. Those with a valid BTF membership receive a discount at the time of purchase.
Can I bring my four legged furry friend? - No, this is a condition of the event venue in which there are NO dogs allowed.
