How does it work?

This marathon swim event is a unique and challenging opportunity for swimmers of all levels to test their endurance and stamina. The event consists of swimming 10 laps of 1000 metres each, over a four-hour window, in a 50-meter pool. Participants will enter at one end, swim 100 meters, duck under the lane ropes, and swim another 100 meters until they reach the other side of the pool.  You can find out more information in the online race information
